Breakfast
Breakfast starts at the time that our guests find most convenient.
Meal times may also change due to the activities that you will have planned.
An aromatic, freshly brewed coffee and a pot of tea will be waiting for you every morning. Several different types of cereals, fresh bread, butter and jams.
The hot breakfast menu will be arranged daily in advance and will be tailored to your preferences, below are some of our breakfast suggestions.

Canape – Meatball skewers with, pineapple, cucumber and more

Main – slow cooked cola, pork ribs, grilled and basted with bbq sauce. Served with french fries and Coleslaw salad
Main – Veggie – Gourmet burger, plant based alternative, homemade sauces and fresh veggie in a butter bun
Dessert – Chocolate fondant with ice cream
Japanese night
Canape – Gyoza (dumplings) choose between pork, prawn and veggie. Served with soya sauce, chilli and lemon drop.
Starter – Miso soup, served with tofu, greens and seaweed
Main – unlimited sushi in many variations with raw fish, grilled fish and seafood in tempura.
Main – Veggie – sushi on request.
Dessert – Dorayaki (japanese pancakes with chocolate stuffing served with mint ice cream)
